Campaign Marketing Manager

Office Location: Mountain View, CA​

Stampli is looking for an experienced integrated campaign manager to collaborate with key marketing and sales partners to deliver fully integrated customer journeys across all marketing touchpoints and channels. You are both analytical and creative, have a strong command of full-funnel, multi-channel marketing, from awareness to consideration to purchase, and utilize data insights to design sophisticated targeted campaigns for key verticals, key accounts (ABM) or partners.  

We are looking for someone who knows how to (1) research new verticals, partners or target accounts, (2) strategically design targeted, multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that relate to target buyers and increase overall opportunities and new customer sales and (3) can analyze, provide insights and optimize campaign performance. You are extremely creative, yet balanced with a strong drive for results and data-driven decision making.

This role is based out of our Mountain View office (but working remotely until we return to the office, presumably sometime in 2021).

What you get to do every day

  • Craft and marketing strategies for driving prospects through the funnel to new customers.
  • Own end-to-end strategy and management of key campaigns executed across multiple channels (digital advertising, web, email, field & virtual events, etc.) including creative and copy development and/or direction, collaborating across marketing to orchestrate campaign setup, A/B testing design, monitoring and optimizing conversion flows to maximize campaign revenue impact.
  • Employ a multi-touch approach, integrating channels such as email, search and display, social, PR, content, out-of-home and or whatever your creative brain can imagine) to engage the target audiences and provide action-oriented touchpoints along their journey.
  • Drive delivery of key execution plans, collateral, and marketing programs to keep marketing and sales partners informed.
  • Partner with other marketing team members and sales to create and prioritize business requirements to develop end-to-end integrated marketing plans
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to develop/evolve marketing campaigns in alignment with regional needs.
  • Work with the product marketing teams on campaign themes and messaging to align to strategic objectives.
  • Actively supervise all campaign analytics, partner with business intelligence team to build appropriate reporting on campaign performance and communicate results optimally to the team with recommended actions for optimization.

What you bring to the role

  • 5 – 7 years of marketing experience (high-growth SaaS preferred).
  • Previous experience in driving acquisition, expansion or demand campaigns with a funnel metrics perspective is required, utilizing multi-channel strategy to reach target audience (email, seo, sem, ooh, social, etc).
  • Experience owning end-to-end design and execution of marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into meaningful campaign optimization strategies.
  • Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Positive demeanor, collaborative, upbeat, and optimistic!
  • Previous experience working closely with a direct sales team is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail!
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
