Senior Director, Sales Development
About The Position
The Senior Director of Sales Development at Stampli will lead and scale a global SDR organization responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth. This position demands an experienced, data-driven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and can align SDR operations across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to deliver predictable pipeline outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Lead and scale: Build, inspire, and grow Stampli’s Sales Development team to consistently exceed pipeline and opportunity creation goals and manage a large organization with 40+ SDRs and leaders, ensuring clarity, focus and accountability.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for outbound and inbound prospecting aligned with Stampli’s go-to-market objectives.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure a seamless, data-backed funnel and cohesive GTM execution.
- Coach and mentor SDR leaders and individual contributors—fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
- Leverage AI-driven insights and emerging sales technologies to optimize prospecting efficiency, improve conversion rates, and expand reach.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine processes, forecast accurately, and report results to the executive team.
- Continuously refine onboarding, enablement, and career progression frameworks to develop future sales leaders from within the SDR ranks.
- Represent the SDR function as part of Stampli’s broader revenue leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and operational excellence.
What You Will Bring
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 5 years leading large Sales Development or Inside Sales teams.
- A proven track record of building and scaling SDR organizations that consistently meet or exceed pipeline goals.
- Deep familiarity with modern sales tech stacks, including HubSpot, 6sense, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-powered sales engagement platforms.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities—able to inspire, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
- Passion for innovation, experimentation, and the use of AI to transform sales development.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required
