Sage Intacct Advantage 2019 is the must-attend event of the year for Sage Intacct customers, partners and prospects. During the 4-day event in Las Vegas, October 21-25, 2019 the Sage Intacct community comes together to learn, be inspired and collaborate. Nearly 4,000 professionals from fast-growing SMB to mid-market companies are expected to attend this year’s event to learn more about what’s coming and how they can get the most from their Sage Intacct investment.

We’ve pulled together this guide to help you get the most out of the Advantage 2019 event, whether you’re a first-time attendee or regular.

Venue and Lodging

The MGM Grand Las Vegas Hotel & Casino will house Advantage 2019. Located on the Las Vegas Strip, the MGM Grand is the largest single hotel in the United States, boasting over 6800 rooms.

You certainly won’t go hungry while at the MGM Grand. It features popular restaurants and world-renowned chefs, including Chefs Masaharu Morimoto, Joel Rubicon, and Michael Mina to name a few. And, if you’re looking for entertainment, you’ll find the MGM Grand Garden Arena abundant with star-studded events and spectacular entertainment like KA™ by Cirque du Soleil.

The MGM Grand is about a 6-8 minute ride from McCarran International Airport (LAS). Taxi service will run you about $19, Ride Shares between $10-$12, and the SuperShuttle $11 per person. Ride Shares like Uber and Lyft have designated locations for drop off (Main Valet, adjacent to the Porte Cochere) and pickups (2nd floor of the Self-Parking Garage).

Intacct Advantage Marketplace Expo

The Sage Intacct Advantage Marketplace Expo takes place at the MGM Grand Conference Center. The Marketplace Expo will serve as your main hub during the conference. The Expo is your opportunity to learn about new products and services, watch demonstrations and network with your peers.

Find some time in your schedule to visit the Stampli booth pinpointed just passed the main entrance of the Marketplace Expo. Stampli is located at booth #11 and is where you can meet Billy the Bot in person. Make sure to add the Sage Intacct partner showcase “Taking Control Over AP with Smart Collaboration” to your Advantage 2019 session catalog. The showcase takes place on Thursday at 1:45 PM and is where you can learn more about Stampli and see a full Stampli demo.

The event registration for Advantage 2019 is located on Level 1  of Conference Center at the West entrance. At level one, you will find the Marketplace Expo, Sage Intacct Connect, Marketplace Partner Summit and Breakout Sessions. The General Sessions are located on Level 3.

The CFO Summit

One of the main attractions during the Sage Intacct Advantage 2019 conference is the annual CFO Summit. In many ways, it’s the executive summary of the conference itself. A one-day, jammed-pack event on Wednesday, October 23 that brings CFOs together with their peers and other industry leaders to address the major concerns CFOs face in today’s business world and share best practices.

Breakout Sessions

Attendees can choose from a diverse set of 200+ products, industry and hands-on sessions at this year’s Sage Intacct Advantage conference. These breakout sessions are a good opportunity to create your own knowledge experience or listen to how a particular problem was solved.

Marketplace Expo Happy Hour

Looking to try local beers from Nevada breweries? Stop by the Marketplace Expo Happy Hour on Wednesday, October 23rd 5:30 PM – 7 PM for the Advantage 2019 pub crawl. Stampli will have a dedicated bartender present at booth #11, so make sure to swing by to sample Nevada-based beer and to get your picture taken with Billy the Bot.
