Recruiting Sourcer

Nashville, TN · Full-time · Intermediate

About The Position

Come be a part of Stampli’s growing internal Nashville Recruiting team and experience the exciting world of FinTech!


As a Recruiting Sourcer at Stampli, you will own top-of-funnel recruiting for several role openings in our hyper growth, fast-paced team. You will learn and expertly use sourcing tools and platforms (and recommend them as needed), and innovate new sourcing strategies to find and engage top talent. You will forge and cultivate partnerships with hiring managers to understand ins and outs of Stampli’s teams and its unique culture. 


You will be an integral part of Stampli’s success, get the chance to learn and grow in the Recruiting function, and be right in the middle of the excitement!


This is a hybrid role with 2 days in office, candidates should be based in Nashville, TN.


What you’ll do:

  • Integrate with and understand Stampli’s unique culture and needs, and expertly find, assess, and engage top-of-funnel candidates who will excel in our fast-paced, hypergrowth environment
  • Strategize and execute on sourcing strategies, including finding, engaging and nurturing partner organizations, universities, platforms (including social media), and networks, to attract and engage top talent
  • Proactively research, recommend, and open new sourcing channels 
  • Build relationships with and be a strategic partner to our hiring managers, interviewers, leaders, and others involved in the hiring process
  • Track, manage, and analyze sourcing data and conversion efforts to drive constant improvement
  • Other work as appropriate for a fast-growing company where we need to be nimble and adaptive 



What you bring to the table:

  • 2+ year of sourcing experience, or experience in a customer facing or sales role with a passion to learn quickly in a recruiting role
  • You are self-motivated and proactive, and have a sense of urgency to get the job done
  • Experience with strategic sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, for example) and an ATS, or the ability to adapt and understand technology quickly
  • Experience with tracking data and making improvement based on analytics
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Awesome work ethic, sense of personal accountability, and growth mindset
  • Strong ability to partner with internal teammates and external partners
  • You’re not afraid to put yourself out there with potential candidates and new organization
  • A plus if you have experience sourcing for sales/customer success/account management teams, and/or have worked in FinTech
