Product Enablement Training Manager

Office Location: Mountain View, CA​

Stampli is looking for an experienced individual to build and deliver best-in-class product training for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams. This role will work closely with Product Marketing to create and deliver compelling product training that focuses on product capabilities, relevant accounting concepts, and related business processes. For the Sales team, this role will focus on teaching how to convey relevant product features and benefits based on what matters to the buyer persona and the prospect’s industry. For the Customer Success and Support teams, this individual will teach the teams the details and nuances of product capabilities to effectively onboard, advise, and support customers.

This role is based out of our Mountain View office, (but working remotely until we return to the office, presumably sometime in 2021).

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver compelling product training that enables the following:
    • Sales to more efficiently and effectively qualify and close deals
    • Customer Success to more efficiently onboard and train new customers 
    • Support to quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer questions and issues

  • Design product training curriculum that focuses on product knowledge, key accounting concepts, and related business processes relevant for the different teams

  • Build out a product training program for new hires and ongoing education for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams

  • Build standards, process documentation, and reports to measure impact and effectiveness of training, and to identify gaps

  • Evaluate, implement, and provide on-going growth and maintenance of emerging technologies and concepts for training

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience building and delivering successful product training program for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams 

  • Ability to quickly learn B2B applications and domains. Prefer experience in ERP, accounting, procurement, back office operations, and/or workflow management

  • Prefer experience in Product Marketing or Product Management for B2B SaaS company

  • Excellent communications skills with strong presentation and writing abilities

  • Knowledge of techniques and concepts that facilitate learning for individuals in Sales, Customer Success, and Support positions

  • Team player that enjoys collaborating and working with cross-functional teams

  • Success in high-growth environment by prioritizing, delivering, and exceeding expectations
