Stampli’s Summer 2021 Excellence Award Winner: Will Lynes
Recognizing hard-work, unique talents, and individual value in every employee has always been extremely important to Stampli. We’re a united team, but we also recognize that every person plays a special part in contributing to our success as a whole! We want all employees to feel appreciated, and we’re constantly striving to create a culture of recognition. That might come in the form of a private Slack thank you or a weekly team meeting shoutout.
One of the bigger ways we like to show our appreciation is by honoring one Stampli employee each quarter with a little something we call The Excellence Award.
An Excellence Award winner is someone who embodies the Stampli spirit and everything it represents. This person is solutions-oriented, inspiring, collaborative, and so much more.
Excellence Awards are submission-driven, meaning any Stampli employee can voluntarily put forth a nomination for who they think should be acknowledged for their hard work. Once a winner is selected, that person is honored during one of Stampli’s company-wide meetings (where teams from Mountain View, Nashville, and Tel Aviv tune in). Beyond public kudos, the Excellence Award winner also receives $5k (post-tax) as a show of gratitude.
And so, without further adieu, it’s with great pleasure that we share our latest recipient.
And the Winner Is… Will Lynes!
For Summer 2021, we’re very happy to award The Excellence Award to Will Lynes, Stampli’s Principal Product Manager. Will joined Stampli in October of 2020 and quickly made a huge mark on his teammates, Stampli’s product, and the company at large.
As someone who partners closely with many departments and teams, Will exemplifies thoughtfulness, collaboration,humor, and intelligence at every turn. He always makes time for customers and views every customer’s need as his own responsibility. Will doesn’t view the world with a “my job” or “your job” lense; instead he proactively seeks to come up with the best course of action whenever an issue or opportunity arises.

“Will is always available for help and willing to put in the time to find the right solutions to a problem. Will also works closely with different departments throughout the company, assisting them with product needs and issues. He is constantly innovating and going the extra mile when it comes to developing a useful, impactful solution.”
“He truly goes above and beyond to help resolve things for customers. He does troubleshooting work himself for customers to try and find what the issue is – whether it is a bug or a user error.”

Will is in great company. Prior Excellence Awards have gone to Jeanney Kim (Director of Product Marketing), Shiri Shani (Sr. Product Manager), Pini Shvartsman (Head of Labs & Innovation), and Jocelyn Langarica (Sr. Customer Success Manager). It’s a seriously impressive bunch, and every winner continues to be an integral leader at Stampli. We can’t wait to announce our next Excellence Award recipient next quarter!
