Stampli awarded Outstanding Partnership Award Ambrosia 2026

Stampli has received the Outstanding Partnership Award from Ambrosia QSR. Our team traveled to Portland, Oregon, to accept it at Ambrosia QSR’s biannual company meeting. Stampli was one of three vendors to receive an award.

What the Outstanding Partnership Award recognizes

The Outstanding Partnership Award recognizes Stampli’s long-standing commitment to helping Ambrosia QSR strengthen its finance operations. It highlights collaboration, innovation, and trusted partnership.

Over the years, we’ve worked closely with the Ambrosia team to streamline accounts payable, support evolving business needs, and deliver exceptional service. The award reflects a commitment both organizations share: continuous improvement and long-term success. It now joins Stampli’s other industry awards and customer reviews.

How AP automation supported Ambrosia QSR’s growth

Before Stampli, Ambrosia QSR’s AP process ran almost entirely on paper. Invoices were printed, routed by hand for approval, and scanned back in. Stampli replaced that with a centralized digital invoice approval workflow.

The partnership grew from there. Ambrosia QSR adopted Stampli’s GP Bridge integration, which sent invoice data directly into Microsoft Dynamics GP. The company later replaced its legacy corporate card program with Stampli Card, bringing card purchases into the same workflow as invoices. When Ambrosia QSR migrated from Dynamics GP to Sage Intacct, it kept its existing Stampli invoice workflows with minimal disruption to the AP team.

Here are the results Ambrosia QSR has seen with Stampli:

  • Each AP coordinator now supports 50 to 80 restaurants, up from 20 to 30
  • Invoice turnaround dropped from seven days to one or two
  • AP close is two days faster
  • Billy automatically codes over 80% of the 3,700+ invoices the team processes each month

Those gains helped Ambrosia QSR grow from 100 to more than 200 restaurants without proportional AP hiring. The shorter close also eased pressure on the team’s month-end close process.

“If we were growing the way we are today without Stampli, we would have needed significantly more AP staff. Instead, the automation has allowed the same team to support far more restaurants.”

Reuben Rentas, CFO, Ambrosia QSR

About Ambrosia QSR

Ambrosia QSR is one of the largest quick-service restaurant franchise operators in the Pacific Northwest. The company runs more than 200 Burger King, Popeyes, and Arby’s restaurants in Oregon, Washington, California, and Idaho. Its AP team processes invoices for multi-entity accounts payable.

Ambrosia QSR has grown through acquisitions and new restaurant openings. Each acquisition brought more restaurants, vendors, invoices, and approvers for finance to manage.
